Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. Items should be returned within 15 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return postage of the item(s). Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns. Please email us if you would like to exchange an item.

We provide shipping throughout the United States.  Each of our pieces is usually shipped within 2-3 days of your order. Delivery is provided by the United States Postal Service in accordance with their delivery policies and timeframes.  Please contact us at sales@essentialitybyj.com if you have any special shipping needs or require faster shipping than normal times.
